Fill in the hire form on any product page — name, phone, postcode, start date, duration. Takes under 90 seconds on mobile. No account required.
We confirm in 30 minutes
During working hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–6pm), we come back within 30 minutes with confirmed availability and a delivery quote for your postcode.
We deliver to site
Same-day or next-day delivery across most Kent postcodes. Our driver phones when they're 15 minutes out and gives you a full machine briefing on arrival — controls, safety checks, refuelling, everything you need.
Use it — we collect
Keep the machine for your agreed hire period. When you're done, give us a ring and we'll book collection. No cleaning required — every machine is serviced between hires.

Insurance
Either your own plant/equipment cover, or short-term cover arranged through us. Either way — quick, sorted in minutes.

Fuel plan
Machines arrive with a full tank. Diesel is available at most filling stations for longer hires. Return empty (refuelling charge) or full (no charge).
Deposit
Refundable security deposit taken before delivery — typically £200–£500 depending on machine. Returned in full on collection.

Common questions about hiring
Most Kent postcodes get same-day or next-day delivery. Medway postcodes are often same-hour. We confirm exact timing within 30 minutes of your request during working hours.
On private land, no licence is legally required for most mini diggers and dumpers under 3.5 tonnes. For commercial sites, CPCS or equivalent tickets are typically required. For 5-tonne and above, we strongly recommend hiring with one of our CPCS-ticketed operators — safer and more efficient.
Yes — CPCS-trained operators are available for our full fleet. Tick "Operator required" on any booking form and we'll add the operator rate to your quote. Standard operated hire is 8 hours on site per day.
Call us immediately on 07525 379214. We'll troubleshoot over the phone — most issues are quick fixes. If the machine needs replacing, we'll get a replacement to site within 4 working hours.
No — delivery is quoted separately per postcode, because cost varies with distance and machine size. We always quote delivery cost before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before delivery: full refund. Within 24 hours: delivery cost may be retained. Please give us as much notice as possible — we'd always rather help you rebook than charge a cancellation fee.
Bank transfer, credit/debit card, and account customers (subject to approval). We do not take cash on delivery.
